The first thing I cry about after a break up is "He didn't give me flowers". I've dated several men and not one of them has handed me flowers, and I wholeheartedly believe that if they had we wouldn't be on our separate paths 🙃
To be fair, I enjoy whimsy. I enjoy delight. I enjoy a surprise. And I do give out flowers. Especially the past few months or so. I am just always shocked at how well they are received. But this post has clarified the reasons for me
